How to Make an Anchovy Pan Next to Kaygana?

  • When the anchovies that are cleaned and washed are put in a strainer to drain the excess water, do not forget to put a container under it to collect water
  • Egg, cornmeal, onion, parsley and salt are mixed. Fish water is added to the consistency of pancakes.
  • (Flour and water are like pancakes. The amount can be adjusted according to the consistency. It can also be opened with milk instead of fish water, but if eaten with fish, fish water will make it more delicious)
  • The mixture, which has the consistency of pancakes, is taken with a ladle and transferred to a slightly oiled hot pan. The mixture spread on the pan is fried on both sides.
