  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Falafel?

  • You can soak chickpeas the night before or you can use boiled frozen chickpeas like me.
  • Pull the pre-soaked chickpeas overnight from the food processor with all other ingredients.
  • After it reaches the consistency of a dough, give round shapes with your hand, place it on an oiled paper lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, if you wish, you can also fry.
